What modes can be used to approach SMEDA helpdesk?
All SMEs can walk-in to SMEDA office or direct all quires to us by letter, fax, phone or email. You can also visit our Website (www.smeda.org.pk) to get information on SMEDA and our services for SMEs. SMEDA services are available free of charge at this Website, including Pre-feasibility Studies, Sector briefs and Regulatory procedures.
Do I have to take an appointment before coming to SMEDA office?
It is not mandatory but preferred if you can take an appointment before visiting SMEDA Helpdesk to save your time, especially if you are coming from another station/city.
Can SMEDA provide financing for business / project?
NO. SMEDA is not a financial institution. It does not provide financing. However, SMEDA assists SMEs in meeting funding requirements through Banks/DFIs, for which SMEDA charge a nominal service fee.
