Income Tax and Sales Tax are applicable across the board on businesses irrespective of the nature of business activity. Resource Person:

Mr. Zeeshan Ayub is an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) having over 7 years’ experience in the field of taxation, accounting and audit. Fully conversant with the tax laws, procedures and relevant regulations.  He is Member- Lahore Tax Bar Association. Presently associated with Atif Javed & Co.; Chartered Accountants Firm. He also Possess a hands-on experience in e-filing of income tax and sales tax returns along with proficiency in account preparation in line with the taxation laws, applicable accounting standards and Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Zeeshan Ayub is Actively engaged in providing management consulting and handling taxation affairs of the key Large Size and Small Size Organizations.  He engaged in providing customized training to the personnel of client organizations.  Zeeshan Provided consultancy to large and medium size entities under Companies Ordinance, Trust Act, Partnership Act etc. from inception to completion i.e. from pre-incorporation to finalization.  He Prepared documents for mandatory filings with SECP and Registrar of Firms. Handled and preceded the audit conducted by Sales Tax Department of various clients; Handled and conducted sales tax refund process. Also Handled various proceedings duly initiated u/s 38 and 40 of Sales Tax Act, 1990.
