- SMEDA has reserved funds for the procurement planned for the financial years 2025- 26 and 2027-28. SMEDA intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Janitorial Services for its Regional Office Sindh.
- SMEDA invites electronic bids from eligible Bidders registered on EPADS for provision of said services.
- Single Stage One Envelop (SSOE) Method of Procurement in terms of Clause 36(a) will be used in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, Regulations and Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time) by using Least Cost Basis Techniques for said procurement.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on non-judicial paper minimum of Rs.100/- on the prescribed format.
- E-Bidding documents, as per regulations, containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk, www.ppra.gov.pk and from here free of cost.
- The electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding documents must be submitted by through EPADS on or before 12:00 PM, January 23, 2026. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
- In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for the subject procurement and notification copy is available on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk), procuring agency’s website (www.smeda.org.pk) and on Authority’s website at (www.ppra.org.pk).
