Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is an autonomous institution of the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Industries and Production working to encourage and facilitate the development and growth of small and medium enterprises in the country. SMEDA invites Proposals from local legal/law firm(s) for Consultancy Services for conducting a “Study for developing a legal framework for Subcontracting in Pakistan “It is mandatory that local firms Must be registered with relevant tax authorities. Should be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
The selection method will be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) 70:30 with a single stage two envelope procedure. (70% Technical & 30% Financial). Request for Proposal (RFP) Document (containing detailed terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, etc.) is available for interested consulting firm(s) at the address given below. The price of the RFP document is Rs.1000/-. RFP document can also be downloaded from here free of cost.
Proposals prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document must reach at the addressed given below on or before 1500 hours on December 20, 2024.
